Victims’ Commissioner survey 2026The Victims’ Commissioner for England and Wales, Claire Waxman OBE, has launched a 2026 Victim Survey to gather insights into victims’ experiences of crime, support services, and the criminal justice system. The Victims’ Commissioner provides an independent voice for victims and witnesses and the aim of the survey is to gather valuable insight into victim experience to help deliver better justice outcomes and improve support.
